S1 E3: Like I care about...pregnancy loss

Updated: Oct 20

Having a miscarriage can be a very emotional, isolating and confusing experience. There is far too much stigma that surrounds this subject, especially the impact it can have on your mental health and wellbeing.

This isn't a topic that I have personally experienced so I called on Alexia from Utah, America, to help me understand the impact losing her child during pregnancy had on her and her family's life.

Alexia is an advocate for miscarriage awareness and uses her Instagram page to highlight the importance of making pregnancy loss a mainstream conversation. She hopes the page will help others who are facing or have experienced a miscarriage to feel less alone.
